One covered portion, and one open air portion featuring our serene waterfall, connected by a whimsical walkway full of lush greenery and seasonal flowers.

The Firelight Room is designed to present you and your guests with an open, luxurious setting filled with thoughtful touches of quality. With room for up to 240 guests, it can be adjusted to suit your party’s size. Its beautiful fireplace, woodwork and chandeliers will be the perfect compliment to your personal theme and decor. The room comes with a generously sized, private, rustic stone patio, equipped with Firepits and Heat Towers, for guests to enjoy all year long.

    We had both our ceremony and reception at The Woodwinds, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The staff was incredibly attentive from the day we booked all the way through our wedding day. They made the entire planning process so smooth—always accommodating, easy to work with, and extremely flexible with all our requests. Sergio was amazing on our wedding day, there was not one hiccup or issue and all thanks to him and his hardworking staff! They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day ever. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still raving about it! The entire night was magical, and we honestly had the best party of our lives. Thank you so much to everyone at The Woodwinds for giving us the most unforgettable night. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better team. The pictures speak for themselves! We could not have been happier on the best day of our lives. Highly recommend!

    The team at Woodwinds was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always clear, concise and timely, which was invaluable in the wedding planning process. On the day of our wedding, they made sure my husband and I were able to eat and drink enough throughout the night, and they were very accommodating when the weather changed quickly. Woodwinds is worth every penny - they truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect.

    The venue had a few hiccups, but overall we had a lovely reception there. The outdoor space was the highlight - truly gorgeous for photos. Communication on coordination was a bit spotty at times, but the maître d', Sergio, was a god send and stepped in to ensure things flowed smoothly. The food was phenomenal, as well! So many of our guests shared it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. We did have both our bridal attendants provided by the venue disappear on us shortly after we arrived, which was inconvenient since we would have paid for our own attendants if we knew that would be the case. While parts of the indoor space is dated, it worked out beautifully with some creative decor. When weighing everything in, the Woodwinds was a spectacular venue!
